Most patterns are available in raw, unbacked veneer which is available in 0,005" thick and smaller. Backing available
Paper Backing with a thickness of 0.010" and 0.020"
Uses: Cards, Covers, Tags, Invitations, Envelopes, Crafts, Overlays, Stationery, Wallpaper.
Fleece (non woven fiber) 0.003" to 0.010" (adds toughness)
Uses: Bending, Wrapping, Folding, Moldings, Frames, Wallpaper, Crafts, Covering duct work and steel beams.
Wood (Micro-Veneer 2nd ply)
Makes 2 ply sheet approx. 0.020" to 0.375" thick depending on core used
Uses: 2 side wood application, Cards, Insert panels, Crafts, Furniture panels
Clear Plastic (0.010" to 500" Polycarbonate, Polyester)
Uses: Translucent panels for walls, Lampshades, Ceilings, Moulding to deco shapes, Wall tiles
Adhesive
Various strenghts available for Pressure Sensitive, Thermo Plastic and Thermo Set options
Available dimensions (width x lenght)
4'x8', 4'x10', 4'x12' or any other size on demand.
Maximum dimension for the Rolls
The maximum dimension of a roll of flexible veneer is 2'x100' and soon 4'x100'.
Royflex's flexible Veneer are environmentally friendly and dont't have any addition of Uree formaldehyde.

Sanding
The standard sanding is done at the factory using 180 grit paper or as you choose.
Overlays: High or Low Gloss 0.001" to 0.022"
This can be added on the micro-veneer to be use into your own laser printer or to be emboss. This overlay gives you the chance to personalized the micro-veneer yourself by adding your logo, picture, etc.
