Wood on Wood

The 2-ply is manufactured by gluing a sheet of paper, 0.005” - thick, between two sheets of veneer or using liquid glue.

The 3-ply and more are composed of 3 sheets of veneer, interspaced with 2 glued sheets of 0.005" - thick paper or using liquid glue.

Backing available

Any species you wish for the backing or inner veneer. Backing with long grain or short grain

Available dimensions (width X length)

4'x8', 4'x10', 4'x12', 5'x8', 5'x10', 5'x12' or any other size on demand.

Maximum dimension

The maximum dimensions of either a 2-ply sheet or more is 5'x12'.

Sanding

The standard sanding is done at the factory using 180 grit paper or as you choose.
Other types of finishing can be done upon request.

Species available

All species are available. Different types of matches or cuts are available upon request.

Royflex's flexible Veneer are environmentally friendly and dont't have any addition of Uree formaldehyde.
